The sound is excellent. The main problem is that every time you turn it on, all the settings are reset to their defaults. It's no fun going through the settings every time, you need a guide to understand what each setting is for.

Excellent sound quality! i love bass I saved that for a $300 speaker I bought. I found the sound quality to be similar, if not better, at the volume I intended to use the speaker at (about 75%). However, it doesn't sound as good at maximum volume, but I rarely need this volume. I mainly use it on a tennis court for two court projection. One consideration is that the blue tooth only comes out 25-30 feet out, not 65 feet as advertised. All in all I would buy it again for my purposes.

This is a wonderful bluetooth speaker. It's bigger than I thought it would be, which is a plus. The sound is really good. Colors change and move to the beat of the music. There is a carrying strap. I like that it comes with a remote control. It also has an FM radio so you can use Bluetooth or just listen to the radio. It also includes a microphone which my kids love. **Updates below** Great sounding stereo and very loud (I work in a machine shop and the audio is loud enough to drown out the noise in the shop), Bluetooth works fine but there are some stupid annoying things about it. Firstly it has no memory so it doesn't save any settings, it has stupid pesky LEDs that you can't turn off at each end. I ended up cutting the wires to the LEDs in each speaker to turn them off. Received this boombox today. Bluetooth setup was very easy for phone and laptop. The sound is damn good no matter what you add to it. There are settings, I can't figure out what they are, and I couldn't seem to find the answer in the instructions either. I will ask other owners for help.
