They never said I had to answer all their questions in one chat. As I entered, he moved on to the next question. In other words, the entire chat window was a bot. When I read to the end they said thanks, someone will reply in 24-48 hours. The? Is that your concept of customer service? This makes me return the block. Reputable companies that claim to make a good product also offer good customer service. but this company undermined my confidence in them based on this experience.
