Let me start by saying that I used the same company for my iPhone X and I liked it. On the other hand, they are terrible. Put the first protective film on the screen and everything looked great at first. The next day I noticed vertical stripes on the tread. I thought I could delete them but they kept popping up. A day later I removed the first protective film and put on the second. The second protective film was worse. These lines appear factory and are clearly visible from certain angles. Looks terrible and very disappointing.
