I bought these because one of my breasts has become much smaller than the other. I don't think anyone else ever noticed, but it annoyed me. Finally, I broke down and bought these, hoping that they would work. To my amazement they worked perfectly. No problem with them falling out, no problem with them popping up, no problem with the outline showing (but in all fairness I don't wear my clothes skin tight).
