Not suitable for bodyboarding or water swimming due to very loose fit and short waist. The seams are rough too. I bought a 14-16 (based on the sizing chart) and it is the same body length as another brand's size 10-12 rashguard. The loose fit creates a lot of drag and lift a lot, so the skin is not well protected from rashes when bodyboarding/surfing. It's great to wear when you're not in the water.
