Damaged goods delivered. Immediately reported to support, delivered the same day. I received a return label. I can't place items, the cushions were sealed and popped open when opened. They explained the situation and asked for help packing and collecting, but they saw no support. I did not find an additional box for these items to purchase, the customer team reported that they would replace the damage to the item, but this did not happen. The customer team later arranged for a manual delivery to be packed and collected from another delivery provider, but this did not happen. When I asked the team that I had been waiting for a solution to my issue for a month, they disconnected my call and said the return window was closed. This was delayed by the customer's team as they were unable to understand and resolve the issue. Finally, close the issue by saying the return window is closed. Be careful before you buy this product. If you receive a damaged product, you cannot return the item and cannot send it back. You will end up like my situation. Poor quality and poor technical support.
