I am very disappointed in the Sharp YO-P20HII organizer. I am the proud owner of a Sharp OZ-200 organizer which I believe is vastly superior to the newer model. Both models look exactly the same. The older model (OZ-200) has a five-line display (last name, first name, up to 3 phone numbers, address, city, state, zip code). You just have to scroll down to see the items not shown. The three phone numbers are marked "Private", "Mobile" and "Fax". The newer model (YO-P20HII) does not have these features. Only 2 phone numbers are shown and they are not identified as "Home", "Mobile" etc. All information is displayed horizontally. It's very cumbersome, especially the address (including street, city, state, zip code). When writing an address on an envelope, you write the first 12 characters, then scroll right to write the next 12 characters, then scroll right to write the next 12 characters, and so on. Cumbersome and time consuming. I thought the new product models were supposed to be an improvement, but in this case it's a big step backwards. Chuck Hodapp
