As I found this item very difficult to assemble, I must say that the sellers were very nice and refunded my money immediately when I expressed my concerns.

I read other reviews before buying the Sharp YOP20HII 1MB Electronic Organizer, same as these reviews, straight out of the unopened box the screen was a dead LCD. Writes illegibly.

Bought as a gift for my wife. The instructions that came with the product are confusing and unclear. It took a long time to find the onscreen buttons mentioned in the instructions. Important things like the menu button are hard to find, and even though the product has been out for a few weeks, it still hasn't found a menu button on some screens. Made this purchase to replace an old Sharp organizer which had a number of dead pixels making most of my writing unreadable became. What happened to my several-year-old Sharp YO-520 organizer was obvious with the new Sharp YOP20Hll right out of the box - the display read like hieroglyphs. Not suitable. I really liked this product - at least the idea with a lower price tag. Unfortunately, in this case you get what you pay for. The pen prints the letter next to the letter you want to use 9 times out of 10, the phone book is set up strangely, appointments/reminders start in date order and have a strange format. I am very disappointed in the Sharp YO-P20HII organizer. I am the proud owner of a Sharp OZ-200 organizer which I believe is vastly superior to the newer model. Both models look exactly the same. The older model (OZ-200) has a five-line display (last name, first name, up to 3 phone numbers, address, city, state, zip code). You just have to scroll down to see the items not shown.
