After projector warmed up a dark spot started showing up in middle of screen, the longer it was on the bigger the spot became until almost nothing was projected. Don't know if this product was defective or if damaged during shipping. I returned it, now just waiting to see how long it will take for refund. I was surprised at the size and weight of this machine, I was expecting something in the 15 to 20 lb range. I didn't weigh it, but it seems in the 40+ lb range. After we set it up, I hopped on and immediately was amazed at the power of the motors. I got this for my child for school and it has served him well so far. The outside scuffs and scratches very easily, but for some that might add to the charm. The leather is just a single layer and very flexible. So if you’re looking for a journal that is more sturdy and stuff, this will not be a good fit for you.
