I wish I could get a refund
When I first got it I wrote a 5 star review. Now, I'm giving it a 1 star. It has stopped working. It won't burn videos to DVD. It locks up at 80% and gives all kinds of error messages. I have used three different software to burn DVDs and it doesn't matter.
- Great product does all functions well like it's size and aluminum body
- May require additional software for optimal performance
