I like that you can use it to book time with your clients, as well schedule upcoming appointments/dates in advance! Also love how easy they are too send out reminders after people have missed their appts or forgot something about them!! Easy booking system for my small massage therapy business. Would be nice if there was more flexibility when adding new services - but what service isn't flexible?! So much better than being tied into another product of theirs (that never seemed worth all its trouble) AND having no self-managed calendar option at ALL. ! There's lots here folks just give this one try first before passing judgement. !! You will not regret using these products so don’t listen t he comments from those who say things aren'r working right away because YOU WILL FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT WORK. . !! The customer support is great. The system is easy to use and the interface is simple. I like that it has a mobile app. I dislike that it takes a long time to set up. It takes a lot of time to configure the system. It's a great system for scheduling appointments. It has helped me with our appointment scheduling. It allows me to keep track of all of our appointments. It also allows me to manage all of our staff schedules.
