I was recently diagnosed with osteochondrosis. I am in constant pain whether sitting or standing. I have to sit a lot at work because I work on the computer. I was really nervous about buying the chair so many look good on paper and then read the reviews there or not I can tell you this chair is absolutely worth the money the seat cushion is 4 inch thick memory Foam. It is very durable, extremely easy to assemble and very comfortable for long periods of time. I'm 285 pounds and almost 6 feet tall, this will handle me with ease. I am in the process of buying a second chair for home use and I couldn't be happier with this product.
