This Pixio monitor arrived with no dead pixels. It's much lighter than the similar ViewSonic I use, so it works even better with my monitor stand. It's very thin, although it's thicker at the bottom. Because of this need for subtlety, I think the power adapter isn't a 'normal' computer/monitor power plug, but rather a DC input adapter/transformer. I was initially disappointed with this but then decided to change that with my monitor where the mount adjusts several times a day and the power cord often comes out because it's too thick to bend easily. So this Pixio monitor turned out to be a faster upgrade, lighter, and with a more flexible cable, better than I thought. It's always cool!
