It's easy to use, it works with any payment method you need (cash or credit card). You can easily connect your bank account so you don't have to pay for transactions manually. The customer service department has been great in helping us figure out our problems when using their software. We are still working through some issues but nothing major yet. I wish we could integrate more marketing into this program than just allowing customers to order online via QR codes/website links. That really helps! Our business has grown significantly since implementing touchbistopos, especially during peak dining times like holiday seasons. There were many things about other point of sale systems that made them not work well enough with restaurants such as having too much information available at once which was confusing.
