As another reviewer said, I was also expecting a swim bag that can be used for bathing. They instruct the user to hold the herbal pack against your privates while bathing. I mean it's ok but it wasn't what I expected. I should have read the reviews or the packaging more carefully before purchasing. I would prefer something that dips in the water like a tea bag and then dips in the bath tub. Oh and the seller I bought from (I gave it his own bad review) was called the Good Earth Store or something, it was just awful. I received my package THREE WEEKS after ordering, he/she lied about the delivery date, the package arrived in a plain manila envelope so the box was crushed, and when I got the herbs I was mostly there postpartum healed. I may try again when we have another baby, but for now, make sure you're buying Angel Baby from Earth Mama and not anywhere else.
