Review on 🚲 BIKND Helium V4 Air-Cushioned Bike Travel Case - The Ultimate Airplane Safe Solution in Black by Jason Ballard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great design, light weight, lots of storage, durable

I have two of these bikes, my girlfriend bought one and when she saw it I wanted one too. Axle vs. quick release, disc vs. rim brake. I've taken it on 4 flights and no problems except one - I have a size 60 Cannondale Suopersix Evo and I have quite a tall stem and I have to pull the top buckle over the stem so if you have a bike like me, I do taped the rag to the stem. However, this is not enough to affect the rating. Regular size bikes have no problem at all. Theoretically you can do 4 wheels, I can't, but I have no doubts that everything will be fine. I am writing this review mainly because I noticed in one of the other reviews that they had problems with the pump and cylinder valves. I didn't have such problems. You should be aware that TSA sausages can empty your bladder in different countries. When this first happened I thought it was the bag but it wasn't. I flew to France with a deflated bladder. Then I traveled all over France on trains, the cylinders held air for weeks. I have to say the balloons look nice - I've never had any damage whether the TSA deflated them or not. I don't understand the pump problem. Of course it's small and cheap, but it works great. 15 pumps and you're done. In general, the bag has a very high quality finish. Everything is top notch except for the aluminum zippers (one bent and snapped, still usable - please switch to steel on Helium 5). 5 Stars.
