I got this for my daily stretching. The cloth looks good but is very thin. Even over a yoga mat, it doesn't offer any cushion worth mentioning. However, for yoga and the like, it will probably work well on grass or on a sandy beach. As already mentioned, it also works very well as a straight beach towel. Although no details are given on the instructions for washing with a towel, I contacted the seller: "Wash below 40C. Tumble dry low. It is better to wash separately or hand wash for the FIRST TIME to reduce lint. (The first wash gave no fluff! :-)
