. I think it's time to give up. The noise level is a bit high at minimum volume, but this is not critical. The sound quality is much better than using a tiny phone speaker or something similar. The main problem is that the sound disappears randomly. After trying multiple sources I got a case where it took over a couple of hours with my iPhone 6s. But it was an accident. In most cases, the Bluetooth stays connected regardless of the device (I can even use the small buttons to switch songs, pause/play, etc.), but the audio is muted. I tried several pairs of speakers but the original ones were 8 ohms. If you turn off the power for a while, everything that is overloaded seems to reset and it works again for a short time. This was with the Kastar power supply which most others seem to be buying. If anyone has an idea, I'm all ears. Otherwise I'll discuss a return or exchange to make sure I just got a bad board (or maybe poor shipping protection ruined something).
