when the copper came to me the plastic end caps were pretty shabby. About a month later, one of the end caps broke off completely. It's a 15lb spool of wire and now it's totally out of control - taking the wire off the spool takes me 300-400% more time than usual. This is not Bueno. poor packaging from Revain - there was nothing in the box but my wire spool - this thing is HEAVY and ruined the end caps that hold the wire in place. I spend so much time untangling cables it's so annoying
