I rarely write reviews if I don't like them! I have never left a negative review but I have to share my experience to hopefully help someone else. I had such high hopes for this! I watched the videos and read the instructions but was still disappointed. First, the charger that came with it was bent so it didn't fit in the charger. Then I tried a few strands of hair and it worked great! About the 3rd time I got stuck! I could pull it out, but I had to pull. I thought it was my fault I must have had too much hair, I even made less than I tried first (it worked amazing) but it got stuck again and didn't move! Luckily I stayed calm and let my hair down, but now it's definitely toasted.
