I have to select a star to register this. It deserves a SUPER NOVA - no stars!Since I installed 4 of them in my great room I was up on a ladder 23’. Moving the furniture to get these lights installed would be worth it, I said to myself. The spring loaded grips didn’t hold. The rubber boots slip off. It happened on all the cans. Three lights are hanging now and the fourth fell and just missed my wife. They are dangerous and could cause serious harm if they become disengaged. When I referred to the manual I saw they had a section for trouble "shooing". There is only "trouble shooting" available for the electronic portion of the product. If the installation is supposed to be understood, then design out all failures or offer multiple installations.
