Fabric frayed and I never used it
I bought this bag for an upcoming trip. Maybe I didn't look closely when it arrived, but as I went to pack it I noticed "bald spots" in the gray fabric just near the zipper. i want to return it The problem was that I believed in the quality of Vera Bradley. I've heard from others that it's not as good as it used to be. $80 for a small canvas shoulder bag should be a good bag that will last. No quality control I think.
