This camera is the first one I've had in a long time. First, it's easy to set up. I like the picture effects feature for photos already taken and you can save them separately from the original. Inserting the battery and memory card was easy - no forced insertion was required. Quality photos for everyday use or for special occasions were perfect for me. I was able to charge the battery through the camera. The cable was very short, but I can deal with that.
