They are proactive and always listen even when you don't want them too! They can get very creative and implement new ideas that could be outside of your existing budget range but still fit within it perfectly. I love working with their team - they're so easy going and make sure every step along the way feels like an enjoyable experience. There's nothing really bad about this company as far as i know. The only thing maybe would change if there was more support from other people who aren't direct employees at GD. It has been great dealing with someone else's business rather than being my own boss all day everyday which we have done before. We've seen some fantastic improvements since starting our partnership.
