UPDATE: Replacement item was *also* broken! Terrible quality control and assembly. Give it back and find something else. I do not recommend messing around with this rack. FIRST CHECK: One of the pre-drilled holes isn't properly tapped so I couldn't get any of the screws in at all. Too bad you have to completely disassemble them to find a replacement. There was also a rack of uneven bars, which is annoying if you like it a certain way, but I'd live with that if it wasn't for another screw issue. When repacking (and we can't fault that) one of the poles broke! Hopefully the replacement I get doesn't have the same issues. I'll update if it works.
