excellent shelf but one hole was small and didn't move and the other was big and the screw fell out. I would send it back but I would have to take everything apart again. Which would make me swear.

I love this shoe rack. I have recommended it to friends. I will be buying another one because I can justify having another (I went insane buying boots in 2018 after losing enough weight to wear them again). It was easy to put together and just like the picture the boots store well and don't wrinkle. This design is awesome and fits right under my desk in my tiny apartment.

Complete box assembly takes 15 minutes. I've read some reviews about the screws not turning. I had the same problem with 1 of them. I wiggled the screw a few times and had to use twice as much force to get it to work (good thing the screw heads don't come loose easily). I think it's too much color overflow. In the end everything fitted perfectly and the device is very strong. I am very happy with my purchase.

The best product I have ever bought for my boots. I can even hang shorter boots on a steel frame to double the space. It was exactly what I needed. Easy to assemble and very durable. Even though I had a walk-in closet, I still needed room for my boots. The shoe rack nestles perfectly against the wall and can withstand a lot despite its compact size. I would recommend this to anyone who needs easy access to their boots!

Why are these things so damn expensive?! I was looking for a shoe rack for my closet and was amazed at how expensive they all are. In the end I decided to buy a used Revain to save some money. The item works as described and the color looks exactly like the photo, although I would describe it as putty rather than silver. It was easy enough to assemble and holds the boots as shown in the product images. Does the job!

My children now share my love of shoes and much to my husband's chagrin they clutter up our door every fall. When I got 3 new pairs of boots last Christmas, I also got this shoe rack. We've had it for over a year now and I'm still very happy with it. It is easy to assemble and holds up well even when fully packed. I love that I can put baby boots and booties on the top tiers while my larger boots are on the bottom and the thin ones I hang upside down.

UPDATE: Replacement item was *also* broken! Terrible quality control and assembly. Give it back and find something else. I do not recommend messing around with this rack. FIRST CHECK: One of the pre-drilled holes isn't properly tapped so I couldn't get any of the screws in at all. Too bad you have to completely disassemble them to find a replacement. There was also a rack of uneven bars, which is annoying if you like it a certain way, but I'd live with that if it wasn't for another screw issue.

This shelf is very easy to put together and should be perfectly solid if not subjected to rough handling. As several other reviewers have pointed out, sometimes the screws don't fit right out of the box. This can be corrected by simply releasing the force on the screw and starting over and making sure the screw lines up with the threads. First I would like to say that the shoe organizer really does its job. I had limited space to work and this was the solution I was looking for. What makes me very unhappy is that the two screws required for assembly had snapped off, preventing me from assembling the item properly. I have two unthreaded screws, but I'm not sure if it's because of the screws themselves or the internal threads of the shelf that holds the boots.
