First I would like to say that the shoe organizer really does its job. I had limited space to work and this was the solution I was looking for. What makes me very unhappy is that the two screws required for assembly had snapped off, preventing me from assembling the item properly. I have two unthreaded screws, but I'm not sure if it's because of the screws themselves or the internal threads of the shelf that holds the boots. The materials for this item are very cheap quality and I even had to widen one of the holes in the support rods to push the screw all the way through so I could attach a second shelf. There was excess metal in the holes, but prying the excess with a screwdriver seemed to fix the problem. It is currently sitting in my cupboard with 2 loose screws and I have contacted the seller who said my only options at the moment are to return the product as there is no access to replacement parts or I can return the product for a refund from keep 10%. I have decided to keep the item for the following reason: unfortunately I no longer have access to all of the original packaging materials and am unable to return the item in the condition in which it was sent to me. The item arrived at my doorstep in a plastic bag which was partially torn on delivery making the original packaging unsuitable for a return. At that point, returning it would be more of a hassle than simply keeping the item. It was not the seller's fault, it was the manufacturer's fault and the seller responded to me very quickly and solved my problem. If needed I would buy this item again simply because it is extremely practical and just what I was looking for.
