Review on 🔊 Experience Music like Never Before with Vivitar Mini Pulsating Bluetooth Speaker by Stanley Redline

I will NEVER buy a Vivitar Bluetooth speaker again! I'm out the window to return my speaker so I contacted the company to fix an issue with a speaker that won't charge and beeps all the time when it should charge and they told me that they would not charge shipping costs even though it is within the one year manufacturer warranty period. I offered to send a video of the problem and they would only honor the guarantee if I paid money (out of my own pocket) to send it back to them. As you know the smaller speaker weighs a little when shipped and I should have returned it to them for more than the price of the product so I lost the money I paid for the speaker. It has to be thrown away, which is bad for me because it's just bad for the environment. Based on my experience, I have a feeling this company is hiding behind their "customer must pay return shipping" as an excuse for not honoring their warranty! And they don't care at all about the production of items that often end up in landfills due to defective manufacturing! My item looks brand new as it has only been used once and they could easily use it for parts and reduce the cost of returning. This is a terrible company and a terrible product!
