not quite as good as the brand name.

Pro - Cheaper than the Decora brand, especially if you buy in bulk. Con screws are not Philips screws, they have a flat head and long length, making them difficult to install. If your outlet isn't perfectly level, they won't align. The color is not as bright white as the brand.
