Super cute!: my rating

To my 4 year old granddaughter who LOVES tie color and has very strong opinions about what she will and will not wear, she absolutely loves this top! Well stitched, there are no protruding threads and seams, the fabric is not flimsy. Colors are bright, washes well although hung to dry, not tumble dried.
