Works as expected, just use shims to fill gaps.

I bought this to replace a missing antenna on a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. It comes with a couple of threaded pieces that unfortunately didn't fit perfectly (didn't screw all the way in). However, the supplied rubber disc was able to fill this gap. I don't know about the radio quality or range, but I get all the radio stations I expected and the sound quality seems pretty standard to me. If you're not a fan of antennas, this little guy should be the perfect replacement.
