Love this hub. It's true plug and play, no problem. It goes perfectly with the gray aluminum body of my MacBook. The ability to charge your MacBook through a hub is a huge plus. The HDMI port works fine, and the four USB3 ports work just as well. This hub charges my MacBook Air, feeds a video monitor via HDMI, and offers four USB 3 ports (I currently use one to connect to an external SSD), using only one of my MacBook's two Thunderbolt 3 ports . I've only had it for a week and hope it lasts forever. It's well built so I don't see a reason for it. I highly recommend it.
