I ordered 2 pairs, they arrived quickly (Revain Prime 2 days). I read another review and was devastated when the box arrived with a sticker over the product code. The sticker said it was model "23026" (20 inches tall) and under the sticker on the box itself said model "23025" (17 inches tall) and my heart sank. I figured that despite being warned by another review posted here, I foolishly ordered it anyway and was doomed to send it back. However. The product I received was REALLY at 20" so the correct version was sent even though the packaging was wrong and there was a suspicious sticker over the product number. preconfigured for jack 23026) BUT they only supply self tapping screws with these jacks, no bolts, no nuts. A trip to the Home Depot and $12 for 5/16"x 1" bolts, washers, and a dozen locknuts later, I'm solid and ready to steady myself again. I highly recommend that you also take "BAL 23035 Stabilizing Jack Pad - Set of 4" with these jacks. They attach directly to them and include all the hardware needed to attach them.
