Item arrived exactly as ordered, no damage. All 3 lamps worked individually and together. Some have complained of autofocus interference, but be aware that depth of field is less than 1/16 inch (1mm) when all three lenses are combined. Both on-lens autofocus in later lenses and screwdriver autofocus in older lenses worked when something was within reach to focus on. I tried them on my 55-300mm lens and found I got nothing but a bulkier rig and used the zoom to find focus manually. There is nothing wrong with the product.
