Update 01/27/2021: I've been wearing them every day since I bought them and have washed them every 5-7 days and one mask has the seam risen. Another had one of its plastic covers ripped off. Definitely still wearable, but a shame. Thought they would last a little longer. 1 star deduction. Original Review: I was very happy that they came in a 2 pack. I bought the black stripe and (I thought it was solid black) black with stripes. I didn't initially find it much different/more comfortable than the over-the-ear loop style, but ended up using it at work for a week. . When I started wearing ear loop masks again I felt such a difference! (I had a headache!) They don't cause earaches or headaches. At least two layers of cotton fabric (I don't know if there are more). It has a flexible metal notch for a better fit to the bridge of the nose. Very easy to put on. Simply place it on your head, hook it over your ears and tighten the small tab provided.
