This sucks! on my review.

Instructions were impossible to work with and the offered video help was not helpful at all.the help line left us on hold for over 45 minutes and then hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.I still can't connect to alexa after hour's of jumping through hoops and downloading programs and resetting plugs over and over again.

Pros

Very easy to use, set up w/ Google Assistant, used to turn on Christmas at the house! Good buy.
