The package arrived on time. When you open the body pillow, you need to lay it flat for 24 hours to fluff it up. It really kicks in as soon as you let it out of the plastic. I love sleeping with him. he is so soft Small not bad if you want every 24 hours. I put mine on the carpet in the guest room on the floor. It's getting hot, but I have hot flashes all the time; so it didn't last long (I don't know if it was hot flashes or a pillow). I bought another pillowcase in case this would be a problem for me. But after a week and a half, I'm fine at night. I'm going to try a different pillowcase this weekend. Of course I like it when my head is higher than just on this pillow, so I have another pillow underneath. If you want, you can use another pillowcase and just put it on the body pillow near your head. Just a suggestion! I really like the form of memory. My daughter has one and it doesn't have a reminder form and she suggested I get a reminder form. I thought the price was good for what I got. I am a breast cancer survivor and wish I had this sooner to help me with my drainage tubes when I had my breasts removed. Ok, I hope I can help someone else.
