High quality. Solid Performer

The first impression when buying a Fairtex product is one of high quality and craftsmanship. The BGV9 tops that and then some without even wearing it. I was looking for a longer glove with a 16oz cuff, primarily for pocket and glove/pad work, but I was able to use it and didn't feel guilty for drills and technical (light) sparring. I've had a few BGV1 flagships that are good, but I didn't like the lack of grip. The BGV9 has a grippy grip and is probably the most efficient I've tried with any glove brand. However, I was surprised by the size of the glove box. Most of the Thai brand gloves are almost impossible to reach the hand, they are brand new and my hands are medium sized 6ft 1in - 170lbs. Those 16 ounces are caves. More space on the left and right of the arm than in the longitudinal direction. In fact, they are almost the perfect length for me. It's nice to clench your fist inside. I hope that over time they will fit my hand better. Just take a look. One thing I love about these gloves compared to other Thai brands is that there is no loose fabric inside. For normal sparring I probably wouldn't use them because they are harder. than enough. The stitching is great and should last for years with heavy use. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them.
