Review on 28 Pack Of EBL High Capacity Precharged Ni-MH AA Rechargeable Batteries With 2800MAh Capacity by Michael Hawkins

I have several of these EBL 2800mAh batteries and they seem to hold up well. I charged the latest batch of eight that just arrived, and all of the batteries measured close to 1.2 volts straight from the package. In my La Crosse BC-700 charger (using the charge mode), they all charged to anywhere from 1.41 to 1.46 volts before being fully charged. The charger indicated approximately 2200mAh added to each during the charge cycle. That was a little bit of a surprise since I expected it to be less due to the pre-charge . Hopefully this answers some of the questions about battery voltage and the amount that may be pre-charged in each.
