Received it broken: watch

Ordered this watch on March 2nd it arrived on March 5th as a gift from my daughters to their uncle whose birthday is Monday when I open the package open the box and open the clock noticed my second hand is not where it should be as you can see in the picture. Not too happy as I don't know if I can find a replacement before his birthday.
