Looks like a good playpen. It has a carry bag for easy storage and portability. All parts can be put together quite easily. Insert the metal rods into the connector. I have a similar one that we keep outside so my 11 month old has a safe place to play. Overall I would say it's good and I would say it's good for new parents with a young child especially before they stand
