Honestly worked without any problems or complaints, is worth 5 stars to me in terms of safety. I had to install on a stone wall so I called for help otherwise it would have been easy to install on a regular wood frame. It has an application that works without glitches or bugs, all functions are there, notifications about someone's movement or approach, the ability to talk into a call from anywhere. The recognition also works great, it can tell me if there is a person in front of the door or if someone is just passing by. Also connects to my Google Assistant and connects to the rest of my smart home stuff. We set it up just before the trip to be able to check on our house and the packages we were expecting while they were away and so far it has done everything we need with no problems so so far I can't fault anything to say. Will update as things change, but for our first security camera and smart doorbell, this is a pretty good deal.
