Colors are cute, doesn't really fit as pictured / threads all over

Although it fits to the waist it doesn't flow / doesn't fit like the pictures. There are broken threads in the weird places as you can see in the photos and a stitched thread around the bottom that actually keeps it from leaking and makes it weird. I had very high hopes for it. At least the colors are cute!
