Poor cheap product

I bought this to include in my own pens that I have created. I've bought it before and although the quality wasn't very good, it worked. This recent purchase shows a decrease in the already poor quality. The felt bags, not velvet, were wrapped in shrink wrap and literally glued together. The bags are almost made of paper. (see photo) They are stained, cut crooked - just ugly. I could never give these items to my customers. They are totally unsuitable for me and are a waste of my money. I am terribly disappointed. I cannot recommend these bags.
