Widespread superficial actinic porokeratosis, probably not an effective treatment. In itself not serious, but inconspicuous. There are several areas on the legs. Mostly patchy, dry skin. I use soap with one of those plastic loofah puffs. Small improvement in appearance. It sloughs off dead skin and appears to offer some moisturizing benefits. Coal tar, if you can believe what you read online (and why not?), helps shed dead skin cells and has other skin benefits. It wasn't a miracle for my situation, but there was a slightly improved result after using it four or five times a week.
