Nice but unknown lifespan

Wish it had an AC adapter. My daughter asked for this lamp and keeps it on all the time. We use up batteries after about 2-3 weeks of continuous use. Not bad, but still 3 AAA. The lamp has a pleasant warm, pale pink glow. Flowers badly made out of some kind of felted plastic? Two flowers merged together but I just cut them off to separate them. I'm a little worried because I don't know how to clean the flowers when they get dusty. I'm only giving 3 stars for durability because it seems cheap and I'm not sure about cleaning. Also, it arrived without a battery cover.
