This mount works well. The design is a bit strange as there is a big gap between the monitor and the mount. Because of this gap, the metal, material, and design, the mount actually flexes a bit, requiring you to use a long screw to attach it properly. The extra stand (about 2-3 inches) also makes these monitors more difficult to hold on some stands due to the extra weight as they stick out further (torque arms). I had to retighten the pivot bolts to keep them from moving. Personally I would have preferred a smaller stand and had to pre-plug my cables prior to installation and the mount didn't have as large a stand for rigidity and also to save space. I have a basic 60" x 36" desktop and some mounts that have decent adjustability and this adapter brings them a lot closer to you than some would like.
