I'm giving it one star because it's not fake. Gyltones website is on the list of certified resellers and Amazon is not one of them. I've been buying it from a dermatologist's office for a year. I bought it on the prime day sale just to try it out. As with many others, the smell is gone. That's not normal. Almost smells like mold. Like an old rag. The original product has a very light scent! It's not like this! As for the product itself, everything is fine. It dries more than the actual formula that dermatologists sell, but it's pretty close in effectiveness. It's a worthy alternative if you can't get it from a real dermatologist. To be honest, based on what I know now and the smell alone, I won't be buying it from Revain again. I repeat, this is fake! And it stinks horribly. (It even leaves a scent on my towel after it dries)
