This is my first TENS unit. I tried it and used it in an effort to reduce periodic back pain. It took a while to read the instructions and understand how to use it but, in the end, it helped.The package you get has quite a lot stuffed into the small box. After sorting through It all, reading the instructions, and experimenting with the unit, I charged it up. That evening, I gave it a go. The unit produced a mild tingling sensation and initially didn't seem to do much. However, after several treatments, I can say it made a significant difference and shortened the recovery time.Next time the back flairs up, I'll get the unit and give it another go. For the price, it's worth it to have another tool in the toolbox to deal with the back pain.
