I was very excited to buy this before heading out for the summer holidays but was a bit wary as they have been using reviews of their two bike hitch since it was just released. After 10 days on the road, it started to bend at the hitch attachment point. We stopped at a welder and an auto repair shop as we were 1,500 miles from home and both told me that with America's crappy roads this design couldn't take the constant ups and downs. They tried to find a solution that didn't work as the bikes almost touched the ground. We had 1 wheel fat tire bike, 2 mountain bikes and a kids bike that were less than half the weight advertised for the product. I got my money back and was told it never happened but I said it was a new product so how do they really know it doesn't have a design flaw. Bought a Hollywood rack anyway that has a reinforced piece where it slides into the hitch receiver. This continued for the remainder of our curveless 7,500-mile ride. Definitely worth the €100 extra.
